1. General Agreement

By using Orchard Solutions storefront and purchasing rootstocks, drip materials, or consultancy packages, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Planting Material & Living Goods

All nursery rootstocks and plants supplied are certified disease-free upon dispatch. Survival rates depend heavily on post-planting irrigation, soil preparation, and adhering to recommended spray schedules.

3. Turnkey Project Quotes & Execution

Cost estimates for fencing, drip, and trellis setups are generated based on site parameters. Any changes in site dimensions, rocky soil excavation requirements, or extreme slope conditions may adjust final field labor billing.
