This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on the Orchard Solutions platform are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post only.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically shipped within 5 days from the date of order placement and/or successful payment.
- In certain cases, shipping may occur as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- All deliveries are subject to courier company or postal authority norms.
3. Delivery Timeline & Responsibility
- Orchard Solutions shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
- Ordered Product will be delivered within 5 to 10 days.
5. Service Delivery Confirmation
- For services offered through the platform, delivery or completion will be confirmed via email to the registered email address provided at the time of account creation.
6. Shipping Charges
- Any shipping or delivery charges levied by the seller or Orchard Solutions, where applicable, are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or cancellations.
Plants & Orchard Development Service
Service Region
We provide plant delivery and orchard development logistics within:
Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Dispatch Timeline (Live Plants)
Plant dispatch is scheduled during the ideal planting season, typically January–February, depending on availability and weather conditions.
Transportation & Logistics
- Transportation from Orchard Solutions’ delivery point to the farmer’s site is chargeable to the farmer.
- Moving material from the unloading location to the field is the farmer’s responsibility.
- Loading charges at Orchard Solutions’ delivery point will be borne by us.
- If the project site is not ready on the agreed installation date, work will be rescheduled after other ongoing / scheduled projects.
- Waiting charges may apply for delays caused by the farmer.
Live Plant Handling & Limitations
- Minor leaf damage or cosmetic issues may occur during transit, which is normal for live plants and does not affect plant performance.
- Orchard Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, improper handling after delivery, or delays caused by the farmer.
E-Commerce / Online Product Shipping
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹400 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹70.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹400.
- Prices are inclusive of GST.
- Additional courier/freight costs, where applicable, may apply based on product size or weight.
Shipping Method

- Prepaid: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected pin codes and eligible products
Packaging & Transit Safety
- Products are packed securely to prevent damage.
- However, Orchard Solutions is not responsible for breakage or damage during transportation, as handling is managed by third-party couriers.
Return & Replacement Policy
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Returns are accepted only for wrong, defective, or damaged items upon arrival.
- Products damaged due to customer handling or use will not be eligible for return.
