This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which orders placed through the Orchard Solutions platform may be cancelled, refunded, or replaced.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 days of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, communicated to the seller/merchant, shipped, or is out for delivery.
• In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

• Orchard Solutions does not accept cancellations for perishable goods, including but not limited to flowers, food items, or eatables.
• Refunds or replacements for such items may be considered only if the delivered product is proven to be of unsatisfactory quality.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

• If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the issue must be reported to our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
• Requests will be reviewed after verification by the respective seller or merchant.
• If the product received differs significantly from what was displayed on the platform or does not meet reasonable expectations, customers must notify Orchard Solutions within 2 days of receipt.
• Based on investigation, Orchard Solutions will decide whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

• For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer or authorised service provider for resolution.

5. Refund Processing

• Once a refund request is approved by Orchard Solutions, the refund will be processed within 2 days.
• The refund will be issued using the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified.
