Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Product Order Cancellations

Orders for tools, drip irrigation hardware, and weed mats can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a 100% refund. Once shipped, return shipping fees may apply.

2. Nursery Plants & Living Rootstocks

Due to the perishable nature of dormant bareroot plants, returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery if plants arrive physically damaged or dried during transit. Photo verification upon unboxing is required.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay / PhonePe / Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
