Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy on Tools & Hardware

We accept returns on unused tools, drip irrigation fittings, gripple joiners, and hardware within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

2. Nursery Plants & Living Rootstocks

Due to the perishable nature of live bareroot plants (M9 rootstocks, apple saplings, cherry plants), returns or replacements are granted within 48 hours of delivery if plants arrive physically damaged or desiccated during transit. Unboxing photo or video verification is required.

3. Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Custom fabricated goods (such as anti-hail netting cut to non-standard dimensions) and opened organic soil amendments or liquid fertilizers are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is verified by our agronomy team.

4. How to Initiate a Return
